Still have questions? Book a free call to discuss your specific needs.

Do we need technical staff to work with you?

No. We import your data and configure your billing rules, payment plans, and aid formulas for you. Your office shares how tuition works at your school; we handle the rest.

How fast can we go live?

Two to four weeks for most schools. We time your launch around the billing calendar, so you're live before your next cycle and nothing breaks mid-transition.

Is payment data secure?

Yes. Intellio uses PCI-DSS-aligned payment processing, with encryption in transit and at rest, and FERPA/COPPA-aligned data handling.

Does it handle our tuition structure?

Yes. Multi-division enrollment, multi-payer families, split sponsors, financial aid, and grandparent giving are all built in — no workarounds.

How much does it cost?

We're inviting K-12 day schools to onboard as "Design Partners" and benefit from heavily discounted costs of service.

Can Intellio support our entire scholarship funding workflow?

Yes. Intellio connects award allocation, student-account application, funding tracking, and reporting in one system, helping your team manage scholarships from award to reconciliation.

How does Intellio coordinate SGO funding with a school’s tuition office?

Scholarship awards are applied directly to student accounts, giving your organization and the school a clear record of how funding affects tuition balances, without maintaining separate spreadsheets.

What reporting can we provide to donors and for compliance?

Intellio brings scholarship allocations and funding activity into clear reports, helping your team prepare SGO compliance reports and donor impact summaries.
